Returns & Exchanges Policy
Here at XGO, our goal is simple – offer 100% customer satisfaction, 100% of the time. If our product does not live up to your expectations - we're here to help. Within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order, fill out the return process here.
If you choose to use a carrier of your choice, outside the one provided during the return process, we will not be responsible for freight charges, we recommend using the provider provided in our returns process. In the event you use your own provider, we highly recommend that you use one (Shipper) that provides a tracking number and keep that number for your personal records.
Return/Refund Instructions:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your order(s) must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.
- To be eligible for a return, garments must be placed in their original packaging, in the same condition as received with tags attached.
